Narrative:
[Wake turbulence] occurred during initial climb out behind A320 departure; approximately 3;500 MSL; airspeed 250 knots; clean configuration. Aircraft rolled right without turning to 30 deg and stayed there. Autopilot was able to manage; so guarded control wheel just in case; but did not need to override autopilot as it was a short duration event and was not getting worse. Exited wake and flight continued without further event. Notified charlotte departure control.made a PA to passengers to explain what had happened and that we were safe and nothing was wrong.

Narrative: [Wake turbulence] occurred during initial climb out behind A320 departure; approximately 3;500 MSL; airspeed 250 knots; clean configuration.
