Narrative:
We were cleared via the DYAMD2 and at archi to transition to the FMS bridge to runway 28R. I could not get the programmed RNAV 28R to load the correct waypoints for the approach so the points and altitudes were manually entered starting after archi. All points and altitudes were crosschecked with pm (pilot monitoring) as correct. However; the discrepancy is that the STAR lists the altitude for archi at 7000 ft MSL; while the FMS bridge has archi at 8000 ft MSL. To rectify the discrepancy; an fdc NOTAM for sfo was published stating to make the archi altitude on the STAR to 8000 ft which I missed.neither pilot noticed the problem while reviewing the approach since we started after the problem fix. The aircraft proceeded to continue its descent to cross archi at 7000 ft. Approach then advised us of the incorrect altitude and the NOTAM.I could have noticed it in the NOTAMS. The problem should have been corrected before the approaches were ever published. A note on the dispatch release advising of the problem.

Title: A B737NG crew crossed the SFO DYAMD 2 RNAV ARHCI waypoint at 7;000 ft because they had not seen the NOTAM constraining the crossing altitude above 8;000 ft to prevent descent below SFO Class B airspace.
