Narrative:
There was a helicopter south of dvt airport who wanted to cross over the field and land north of the field. Runway 25L in use, runway 25 closed for construction. The helicopter was told to climb to 2000' MSL (helicopter traffic pattern altitude) and cross over the field. The pilot was also issued small aircraft traffic on left base. East of dvt small aircraft B called inbound initially told to standby and later instructed to enter on a left base and report over bell road and 7TH street (a 3 mi left base). The small aircraft B acknowledged instructions and was shortly observed 2 1/4 mi due east of the landing threshold cutting out traffic on a right base. While I was correcting this situation the small aircraft pulled up over the #'south (25L) and started a go around. I was never informed F this by the pilot who was trying to get back to the small aircraft, but couldn't because of the small aircraft B situation. As a result, the small transport and helicopter came close to each other.

Title: SMA DOES A GO AROUND, BUT DOES NOT INFORM CTLR WHO IS BUSY DIRECTING WAYWARD SECOND SMA. FIRST SMA HAS NMAC WITH OVERFLYING HELICOPTER.
Narrative: THERE WAS A HELI S OF DVT ARPT WHO WANTED TO CROSS OVER THE FIELD AND LAND N OF THE FIELD. RWY 25L IN USE, RWY 25 CLOSED FOR CONSTRUCTION. THE HELI WAS TOLD TO CLB TO 2000' MSL (HELI TFC PATTERN ALT) AND CROSS OVER THE FIELD. THE PLT WAS ALSO ISSUED SMA TFC ON LEFT BASE. E OF DVT SMA B CALLED INBND INITIALLY TOLD TO STANDBY AND LATER INSTRUCTED TO ENTER ON A LEFT BASE AND RPT OVER BELL ROAD AND 7TH STREET (A 3 MI LEFT BASE). THE SMA B ACKNOWLEDGED INSTRUCTIONS AND WAS SHORTLY OBSERVED 2 1/4 MI DUE E OF THE LNDG THRESHOLD CUTTING OUT TFC ON A RIGHT BASE. WHILE I WAS CORRECTING THIS SITUATION THE SMA PULLED UP OVER THE #'S (25L) AND STARTED A GAR. I WAS NEVER INFORMED F THIS BY THE PLT WHO WAS TRYING TO GET BACK TO THE SMA, BUT COULDN'T BECAUSE OF THE SMA B SITUATION. AS A RESULT, THE SMT AND HELI CAME CLOSE TO EACH OTHER.
