In cruise at 11;000 ft in IMC. Pilot turned on tks anti-ice system; and noted typical chemical odor associated with tks fluid operation (hazmat) and noted tks exposure symptoms per the msds. Pilot completed flight with full face oxygen mask.well known standard problem with aircraft tks system.
