Narrative:
Engine started running rough; went through memory items & went for checklist. Bang; looked out on right wing and an outboard cylinder was lying on the wing (happened over the ocean). Shut down and secured right engine with accordance to checklist. Landed without incident. Taxied off runway; parked in tie-down. Inspected engine; the back outboard cylinder was the one that ended up on the wing. Cylinder was still attached by 2 wires; thus it stayed put on the wing.it seems like the assembly of the engine was incorrect or a mechanical failure. The engine only had 150 hours on it. Only damage done was to the engine.
