Narrative:
At FL370 on the bce 045/75 on J60, center called to confirm our routing. We had been filed bca J100 ekr. We were in fact on J60 instead of the bce 039 degree right, which constituted J100. The first officer gave me the 045 degree right outbnd from bce and I accepted it west/O confirmation. We were advised to turn left to 020 degrees to intercept J100. ZLC, when asked, stated the only problem generated for them was that we would have been handed over to a ZDV controller who was not expecting us. The appropriate lesson is I should have confirmed the first officer's input.
