Narrative:
Fgt X (flight of 2) was cleared in gamecock a 7000 B 20000'. Air carrier Y had been turned over to ZJX at 16000'. I had been very busy, but luckily traffic had slowed somewhat and I noticed fgt X exiting the sua to the south, heading toward air carrier Y. I told him he was out of the area and asked altitude. I told him to stay below 15000', because he was at 14000'. I called ZJX, who was by now very concerned. I assured him I had stopped fgt X below air carrier Y. 3 mins later fgt X again spilled out of the southern boundary of gamecock a. I told him his clearance into sua was cancelled and requested his intentions. He wanted to return to base and I gave him clearance. About 8 mins later another flight of 3 fgts spilled out of the east part of gamecock a by 6 mi. I terminated gamecock a and he returned to base.
