Narrative:
While taxiing into the ramp located on taxiway 'p' my aircraft's right wing struck another single engine aircraft. It was unmanned and parked. While taxiing into the ramp area a lineman was indicating with electric wands the area I was to park in. I could not see the aircraft parked to south of my intended parking space due to lighting conditions and determined that area would be the safest approach to the parking spot. While making the turn to the left; referencing the lineman and performing a 180 degree turn to park; my aircraft's right wing struck the [other aircraft]. I believe that more adequate lighting on the ramp area and additional guidance while parking could have prevented this.
