Narrative:
Requested takeoff data for runway 28 at bwi. ATIS shows departing from intersection U2 with a distance of 8;700 feet. Looking at the takeoff data message for runway 28 at intersection U2 we noticed that it only says U1. ATC says they're designated that intersection from U1 to U2. However; going by that logic the distances should match. Our data shows 9;800 but the ATIS says only 8;700 feet. Checked with dispatch and the information we got was that engineering has not updated this yet. Just a heads up; 1;100 feet distance available can be significant.

Narrative: Requested takeoff data for runway 28 at BWI. ATIS shows departing from intersection U2 with a distance of 8;700 feet. Looking at the takeoff data message for runway 28 at intersection U2 we noticed that it only says U1. ATC says they're designated that intersection from U1 to U2.
