Narrative:
2 days after our arrival at home base myself and the captain were alerted to an article, in a west coast newspaper, about an occurrence involving an aircraft like ours, departing from our point of departure, at the same time, from the same ramp, with the same destination. We immediately started investigating the report, as we had no indication, by this point, of any problem. Apparently a pane of glass, in a restaurant, some distance behind our aircraft had failed during taxi-out and some minor injuries occurred. The captain and I briefed our departure, taking consideration an small aircraft close behind our aircraft. We queried the line personnel about our location and were told they depart jet aircraft from this spot frequently. On taxi-out no unusual power application was required and our departure was normal with no indication from anyone that anything unusual had happened. Having now checked with the FBO we learned the small aircraft was untouched. We had departed this approximately location numerous times in the past with no problem. In the future, for our departures, we will avoid this position or any position similar to this one. Supplemental information from acn 131359: approximately 150' or so separated our plane from the restaurant.

Title: JET BLAST DAMAGE RESULTING IN PERSONAL INJURY.
Narrative: 2 DAYS AFTER OUR ARR AT HOME BASE MYSELF AND THE CAPT WERE ALERTED TO AN ARTICLE, IN A W COAST NEWSPAPER, ABOUT AN OCCURRENCE INVOLVING AN ACFT LIKE OURS, DEPARTING FROM OUR POINT OF DEP, AT THE SAME TIME, FROM THE SAME RAMP, WITH THE SAME DEST. WE IMMEDIATELY STARTED INVESTIGATING THE RPT, AS WE HAD NO INDICATION, BY THIS POINT, OF ANY PROB. APPARENTLY A PANE OF GLASS, IN A RESTAURANT, SOME DISTANCE BEHIND OUR ACFT HAD FAILED DURING TAXI-OUT AND SOME MINOR INJURIES OCCURRED. THE CAPT AND I BRIEFED OUR DEP, TAKING CONSIDERATION AN SMA CLOSE BEHIND OUR ACFT. WE QUERIED THE LINE PERSONNEL ABOUT OUR LOCATION AND WERE TOLD THEY DEPART JET ACFT FROM THIS SPOT FREQUENTLY. ON TAXI-OUT NO UNUSUAL PWR APPLICATION WAS REQUIRED AND OUR DEP WAS NORMAL WITH NO INDICATION FROM ANYONE THAT ANYTHING UNUSUAL HAD HAPPENED. HAVING NOW CHKED WITH THE FBO WE LEARNED THE SMA WAS UNTOUCHED. WE HAD DEPARTED THIS APPROX LOCATION NUMEROUS TIMES IN THE PAST WITH NO PROB. IN THE FUTURE, FOR OUR DEPS, WE WILL AVOID THIS POS OR ANY POS SIMILAR TO THIS ONE. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 131359: APPROX 150' OR SO SEPARATED OUR PLANE FROM THE RESTAURANT.
