Narrative:
Numerous B737 aircraft have dirt and debris that cover the fire control and radio panels in the cockpit. Whenever a maintenance logbook write up is made; the action is deferred and not done. I have sent images and emails to the ceo; system chief pilots; chief pilots; assistant chief pilots; etc over the previous months and the cockpits are still not being cleaned. [Affected components]: flight deck displays. Instruments. Airworthiness [concerns].
