Narrative:
Go around from low altitude initiated by the crew due to wake turbulence by preceding landing airbus 321. Wind was virtually light and variable allowing wake from preceding aircraft to linger over the approach end requiring greater than normal sidestick inputs to stay aligned with the runway.
