Narrative:
The supervisor came into the area told the controller in charge (controller in charge) to start the briefing and walked away. The controller in charge started the briefing and the supervisor walked to a different sector; watched it for a minute; then walked over to the printer; looked at the strips; put them in the strip box then casually walked back to the controller in charge who was nearly done with his briefing. I was at a sector and could barely hear the controller in charge giving his briefing so there was no way the supervisor could hear it from across the room. What is the point of giving a relief briefing if no one hears it?if controllers have to be present for relief briefings then shouldn't supervisors have to too?
