Narrative:
While towing aircraft from C16 to east cargo at ZZZ with super tug-4; the tug lost all power resulting in having no steering; brakes or lights; causing us to drift to a stop on taxiway nb just short of ea on the right side of the taxiway; taking out one taxi light with the right main tire of the aircraft.

Title: A Ramp Agent reported about a Super Tug that lost all power during a tow procedure that resulted in having no steering; brakes or lights; which caused the tug and aircraft to drift to a stop on the right side of the taxiway and took out one taxi light with the Right main tire of the Aircraft.
