Narrative:

On takeoff roll; I lost my airspeed indicator and informed the captain. Continuing the flight and after rotation; noticed no increase in altitude on my altimeter or vsi. Handed control of the aircraft over to the captain after confirmation of actual airspeed and climb and clean aircraft.after communicating with dispatch; we elected to continue to destination; however we entered and remained at our filed cruise altitude of FL340 without required the instruments for reduced vertical separation minimums (rvsm) airspace.
