Narrative:
Engine running rough; headed to [nearby airport] for a precautionary landing. As I got closer to land the engine was running rougher until I reduced power. After landing I noticed that the plane had a lot of oil all over it. After the cowling was removed; the cylinder had blown.no other hazard involved with the incident. No damage to persons or aircraft beyond the lost oil or cylinder.
