Narrative:

Female passenger had heart attack symptoms; medical announcement made doctor/surgeon on board. Passenger placed on O2 and vitals taken. Doctor asked for automatic electronic defibrillator (aed) to monitor heart rhythms as he said she was in tachycardia. Landed with passenger laying on back galley. She had vomited and defecated all over the galley floor. Paramedics met aircraft and took passenger and her family off first; captain informed me after event he was unable to get med link. He said he had texted them in flight; but received no response. He stated that since direct access to med link via phone has been removed this has been a constant problem.

Title: Flight Attendant reported a passenger illness which a passenger physician diagnosed as a heart attack. O2 was administered and Automatic Electronic Defibrillator (AED) monitored heart rhythms until paramedics removed ill passenger.
