Narrative:
I had just cancelled IFR with ZAB for a VFR landing at sez. I called unicom and got advisories. There was no traffic, so I initiated a 45 degree entry to downwind runway 3. I announced my intentions on unicom at downwind, base and on final. At sez takeoffs are made in the opp direction runway 21. Just as I was about to touch down I heard another aircraft announce he was entering runway 21 for takeoff. I again announced that I was on the runway 3 and rolling out. The next thing I saw was this plane approaching head-on for takeoff. I applied heavy braking and steered to the left of runway toward taxiway. At the time I was prepared to leave the runway for the rough, the other aircraft took off over our plane. When I taxied up for parking the flight line a guy asked if we were ok and wondered why the other plane took off. The flight linesman said he heard our announcements on downwind, base and final, and therefore couldn't understand the other plane's takeoff. The other plane was an old military plane and I didn't get any #.

Title: SMA PLT HAS EXCITING MOMENTS WHEN AN OLD MTR TAKES OFF OVER HIS HEAD IN OPPOSITE DIRECTION AFTER IGNORING SMA PLT'S UNICOM CALLS.
Narrative: I HAD JUST CANCELLED IFR WITH ZAB FOR A VFR LNDG AT SEZ. I CALLED UNICOM AND GOT ADVISORIES. THERE WAS NO TFC, SO I INITIATED A 45 DEG ENTRY TO DOWNWIND RWY 3. I ANNOUNCED MY INTENTIONS ON UNICOM AT DOWNWIND, BASE AND ON FINAL. AT SEZ TKOFS ARE MADE IN THE OPP DIRECTION RWY 21. JUST AS I WAS ABOUT TO TOUCH DOWN I HEARD ANOTHER ACFT ANNOUNCE HE WAS ENTERING RWY 21 FOR TKOF. I AGAIN ANNOUNCED THAT I WAS ON THE RWY 3 AND ROLLING OUT. THE NEXT THING I SAW WAS THIS PLANE APCHING HEAD-ON FOR TKOF. I APPLIED HEAVY BRAKING AND STEERED TO THE LEFT OF RWY TOWARD TXWY. AT THE TIME I WAS PREPARED TO LEAVE THE RWY FOR THE ROUGH, THE OTHER ACFT TOOK OFF OVER OUR PLANE. WHEN I TAXIED UP FOR PARKING THE FLT LINE A GUY ASKED IF WE WERE OK AND WONDERED WHY THE OTHER PLANE TOOK OFF. THE FLT LINESMAN SAID HE HEARD OUR ANNOUNCEMENTS ON DOWNWIND, BASE AND FINAL, AND THEREFORE COULDN'T UNDERSTAND THE OTHER PLANE'S TKOF. THE OTHER PLANE WAS AN OLD MIL PLANE AND I DIDN'T GET ANY #.
