Narrative:
Tower sent corp X around and coordinated 330 heading 3000' off runway 18R. Aircraft Y was turned heading 160 and cleared for the ILS approach. Aircraft X, 4 northwest, told to turn right heading 160 (meant to turn heading 360 on downwind) (strong winds aloft out of the west and background noise a little higher than normal) noticed aircraft X turning toward aircraft Y turned aircraft X left immediately heading 350 turn aircraft Y heading 090 and cancelled approach clearance. Both aircraft were at 3600' (climbed aircraft X to 3600 after go around).
