Narrative:
Flight crew complaint about parallel approachs at pbi. Pilot of small aircraft was flying a box pattern that the reporter thinks put this aircraft too close to his aircraft. Reporter reviewed the situation with the tower controller, but could get no satisfaction to his concern. Tower thought and said it was no big deal.
