Narrative:
Could not extend flaps with normal system when making a visual daytime approach. Went around to run checklist. Could not get flaps to extend with alt flaps so we did a no-flap landing using the flight manual procedures. Captain made the landing with 188 knot approach. No problems stopping and normal taxi in.

Title: B737 flight crew reported landing with flaps up after flaps would not extend for landing.
Narrative: Could not extend flaps with normal system when making a visual daytime approach. Went around to run checklist.
