Narrative:
Taxied out to runway. During the flight control check the yoke from right to left felt pressure then popped free and I could feel it in the left rudder pedal. I tried it multiple times and it was an intermittent thing but I felt the same thing multiple times. I decided to taxi back and write up the airplane.
