Narrative:
Encountered wake from preceding A330. Shortly after we received a call from cabin asking if things were okay. A few minutes later a second call that 2 fas and passenger reported seeing flames from right engine. I went back to talk with the passenger and confirm that she saw flames. Reported information to captain and first officer. After running appropriate checklists; it was decided that we would return to ZZZ. [Enroute] to ZZZ and overhead of ZZZ1 dispatch relayed that they wanted us in ZZZ1. Ensuing rush was pushing us to replan; reconfigure; reprogram. Barely made it in under max landing weight.
