Narrative:
On approach first officer lowered landing gear; got 'left/G not down/locked' ECAM. Followed ECAM which had us cycle the gear. No help; ECAM then directs to lower gear manually (gravity). Gear then showed down. Landed; had to stop on runway due to no nose wheel steering. Got towed off runway to gate.
