Narrative:
Aircraft X exited runway 26R at taxiway delta and began turning other than instructed/expected due to airport signage being constantly and consistently blocked. These type of issues can lead to runway incursions and have in the past.airport management. The airport does not do enough to keep up with weed growth on movement areas; including on active runways; and airport signage that could assist the pilot.
