Narrative:
We were cleared for ILS approach and given frequency to contact tower. Was distracted by large amount of rime ice accumulation after passing through moderate icing conditions. Talked about increasing vref for ice and other considerations. Did not switch to tower and landed without clearance while still on approach frequency. Contacted tower after rollout. Normal taxi to gate.
