During approach selected flaps 1 received trailing edge flap disagree message. This was a previous write up for this aircraft. Captain [advised ATC] and took over radio communications. First officer completed QRH checklist. Landed with no further issues. Captain advised maintenance of events from flight and made an aircraft maintenance log (aml) entry.
