Narrative:
Intermittent #1 radio receiver in receive mode. Just flew 13 hours and 37 mins of flying in a 26 hour and 27 min period, with a minimum layover time in dfw. Did not confirm cleared to land in bwi. Contacted ground in bwi. They did not appear to know we had not talked to tower. #1 radio did not make any noise, therefore did not hear any other traffic as a clue to talk to tower. High fatigue factor also played role in concentrating on landing aircraft on final leg of day. Supplemental information from acn 134616: we had been on duty for over 13 hours continuously, following a rest period that had been reduced the night before in exchange for 'compensatory' rest being scheduled for the following night. The cause of our situation is inadequate and unsafe far's which allow insufficient rest and extremely long and fatiguing duty periods.

Title: ACR LGT LANDS WITHOUT CLRNC, CITES FATIGUE AND LACK OF CREW REST AS PRIMARY CONTRIBUTORS.
Narrative: INTERMITTENT #1 RADIO RECEIVER IN RECEIVE MODE. JUST FLEW 13 HRS AND 37 MINS OF FLYING IN A 26 HR AND 27 MIN PERIOD, WITH A MINIMUM LAYOVER TIME IN DFW. DID NOT CONFIRM CLRED TO LAND IN BWI. CONTACTED GND IN BWI. THEY DID NOT APPEAR TO KNOW WE HAD NOT TALKED TO TWR. #1 RADIO DID NOT MAKE ANY NOISE, THEREFORE DID NOT HEAR ANY OTHER TFC AS A CLUE TO TALK TO TWR. HIGH FATIGUE FACTOR ALSO PLAYED ROLE IN CONCENTRATING ON LNDG ACFT ON FINAL LEG OF DAY. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 134616: WE HAD BEEN ON DUTY FOR OVER 13 HRS CONTINUOUSLY, FOLLOWING A REST PERIOD THAT HAD BEEN REDUCED THE NIGHT BEFORE IN EXCHANGE FOR 'COMPENSATORY' REST BEING SCHEDULED FOR THE FOLLOWING NIGHT. THE CAUSE OF OUR SITUATION IS INADEQUATE AND UNSAFE FAR'S WHICH ALLOW INSUFFICIENT REST AND EXTREMELY LONG AND FATIGUING DUTY PERIODS.
