Narrative:
When we lined up on the runway the instructor said nose wheel straight and feet off the brake. In the process of taking off; I was giving it power. Instructor said full power. Then she said more right rudder. I pushed in the right rudder. My foot got stuck and I could not pull it out. My instructor put in left rudder to correct. We skidded off the runway.
