Narrative:
Center controller working air carrier X climbing to FL280 and pointed out to sea lord control facsfac in military corridor to warning area. Then fgt X came back at 14,000'. Center controller warned navy controller at sea lord, and he took evasive action by climbing fgt Y and turning 90 degree to avoid collision. Both aircraft stated they had each other in sight.

Title: EVASIVE ACTION TAKEN BY MIL FAC TO PREVENT LESS THAN STANDARD SEPARATION BETWEEN ACR AND FGT.
Narrative: CENTER CTLR WORKING ACR X CLIMBING TO FL280 AND POINTED OUT TO SEA LORD CTL FACSFAC IN MIL CORRIDOR TO WARNING AREA. THEN FGT X CAME BACK AT 14,000'. CENTER CTLR WARNED NAVY CTLR AT SEA LORD, AND HE TOOK EVASIVE ACTION BY CLIMBING FGT Y AND TURNING 90 DEG TO AVOID COLLISION. BOTH ACFT STATED THEY HAD EACH OTHER IN SIGHT.
