Narrative:
From seter to petis we were cleared to descend to 4300 and were about 6 to 7 miles from petis nbd and received an egpws of caution terrain and pull up. We started CFIT [maneuver] and the caution stopp[ed] around 4500 to 4600 MSL. We continued to climb to 4900 MSL and told the controller of the terrain warning. He said that his minimum vectoring altitude was 4300 MSL. After that we were cleared by ATC for the ILS 26L and landed uneventful.
