Narrative:

We were cleared to take off on runway 27. Wind was reported by tower at 220/51 gust 61. On reaching 110 KIAS, the captain was unable to keep aircraft on centerline with full deflection of aileron, rudder and elevator and rejected takeoff. A safe rejection was made but 8 tires were blown and/or deflated. We were later informed by a company aircraft departing ahead of us that the captain had informed both the tower and company operations to warn us not to takeoff. Neither message was relayed to us. Additionally, neither the FAA nor the company has specified crosswind limits for our type of aircraft.
