Narrative:
Cleared to taxi to runway 33R on B cross 33L. I never saw 33L due to faded/nonexistent hold short painting. Runway was covered in grass; looked like an old abandoned taxi way; faded or nonexistent numbers and was unusable for wheeled aircraft. With the lack of signage; paint; and condition I passed it up without ever realizing I passed a runway. When I came up to 33R; I crossed the hold short line thinking it was 33L. I saw the right and made an immediate turn to clear runway. Called up tower and seemed like it was a non-event to them. However; with lack of paint and signage it is a matter of time until someone pulls out in front of landing traffic.
