Narrative:
Mid shift configuration. Aircraft X enroute at 15000 feet. Entered R4401 which was active up to 18000 feet. I was reading and failed to realize that the route took the aircraft through the restricted area. When I observed the aircraft inside the restricted area I issued an immediate turn to take the aircraft out of the area on the shortest route then resumed normal operations. I personally will play closer attention during midshift operations.
