Narrative:
I was flying my aircraft on a local flight and was about 1200' high, 2 mi northwest on a 330 degree heading from the woodstown VOR station. My aircraft developed engine problems. Trying to keep it running I tried to climb the aircraft so I could make an emergency landing at the oldmans airport about 10 mi away. Climbing the aircraft I may have violated the edge of the phl TCA area at the oldmans airport. I was able to keep the aircraft flying and made a safe landing. After an inspection of the aircraft engine it was found that an exhaust valve had broken off in the #2 cylinder. Enclosed please find a copy of the phl TCA chart and my location and course in red.
