I flew this aircraft once again and it is not possible to remove this oxygen bottle from its housing let alone put it back. The seat is too close to the bottles; and it is a safety issue not being able to access these bottles in a timely fashion. Please address this issue on A319 aircraft. Thank you.

Title: Flight Attendant commented that a particular aircraft cabin crew jump seat is positioned so as to restrict appropriate access to oxygen bottle.
Narrative: I flew this aircraft once again and it is not possible to remove this oxygen bottle from its housing let alone put it back.
