Narrative:
On landing, I touched down on the main wheels (normal landing). Nose wheel touched down and all of a sudden the tail began to rise. Even though power was off, flaps at 30 degree, and yoke full back, the tail would not go back down. Propeller then nicked the runway causing minor bending to both propeller blades. I believe the tail was picked up by a substantial tailwind. Power could have been added earlier in order to increase control (elevator) effectiveness.

Title: HIGH WING SMA EXPERIENCES WHEELBARROW ON LNDG, PROPELLER STRIKE RESULTS.
Narrative: ON LNDG, I TOUCHED DOWN ON THE MAIN WHEELS (NORMAL LNDG). NOSE WHEEL TOUCHED DOWN AND ALL OF A SUDDEN THE TAIL BEGAN TO RISE. EVEN THOUGH POWER WAS OFF, FLAPS AT 30 DEG, AND YOKE FULL BACK, THE TAIL WOULD NOT GO BACK DOWN. PROPELLER THEN NICKED THE RWY CAUSING MINOR BENDING TO BOTH PROPELLER BLADES.
