Narrative:
On flosi arrival into ewr; at 16000 and near nelie intersection; we encountered wake turbulence from the aircraft in front of us; which manifested as two rolls to the right and a slight climb followed by return to altitude. Captain immediately asked for a one-mile offset; which was approved as requested. We offset until the aircraft in front of us got a vector. After we asked; the aircraft behind us asked for an offset as well. The winds were basically a direct; light headwind on that portion of the arrival; so I don't think we were unduly close to the aircraft in front of us--it was 11-12 miles ahead. I think the winds were just perfect for the wake staying in the arrival path.
