Narrative:
While on final approach to runway 14 jvl; we were cleared for the visual and made left traffic for runway 14. ATC advised us of a NORDO aircraft inbound. As we turned about a 3 mile final; ATC pointed out the traffic to us just north of the tower. As we were short final the NORDO crop duster aircraft made a short approach over the midpoint of runway 14 for landing. A go around was performed; and called by the tower at the same time. We had to offset to the left of the runway to avoid the crop duster as we went past. We climbed to 2;500 feet and made a normal left traffic pattern and landed without incident on the next attempt.
