Narrative:
Aircraft had been approved non-radar and non-communication into ZLC at 6000 feet by the radar controller or trainee radar assist prior to me taking over the sector. I didn't get around to double checking the aircraft's route or altitude before the MSAW (minimum safe altitude warning). The route and altitude does not have radar or radio coverage. After the MSAW I relayed an instruction to climb to 7000 feet.get radar and radio sites. This is a high traffic area.
