Narrative:

On final, lowered gear but got no nose gear light. Cycled gear, same result. Nose landing gear indicator pin was extended, but not very far. Used manual handle and got 3 green, landed normally. After landing we noticed the gear door open light on. Manual handle was not completely stowed, pushing it further down extinguished the light. In hindsight, we should have gone around and done the complete checklist, but due to WX, traffic congestion, and fuel state we let our desire to get it on the ground prevail.
