Narrative:
Shawnee is an uncontrolled airport and was IFR that night. It was dusk and the destination airport was at minimums. After a long wait on the phone, FSS in mcalester gave me a 9 min time off. I still had to park the car, preflight, taxi to active for takeoff. I knew that it not enough time to get everything done. When I was airborne and leaving 3000 ft for 5000 ft, I contacted ZFW advising that I was with them. They asked me my time off and I said a couple of mins ago. The rest of the flight was uneventful except that when I pushed the airplane back into the hangar fuel was pouring out of a fuel drain point that I had previously checked for water. Apparently my quick preflight had left the drain misaligned. I should have refused the clearance for a better time.
