Narrative:
On 2/fri/90, I was in training for ground control. At approximately XA45 local time a veh called and asked to cross runway 4L at taxiway gulf. I issued clearance to cross runway 4L at gulf. My trainer responded with instructions for veh to hold short. Veh responded with, 'on the roll.' again my trainer stated, 'veh hold short runway 4L.' veh did not comply and crossed the runway.
