Narrative:
I fly as a 'corporate' pilot for a construction company monday-friday (part 91). I also fly for a part 135 EMS operator part-time copilot. Nights or weekends. As on this form corporate flying and charter commercial flying seems to be different but does far 135.271 consider both to be the same. I read the regulation as it pertaining to just hemes. I can't seem to get a straight answer. On 2/wed/90, I flew corporate during the day then hemes that night. Did I misinterpret this regulation 135.271?
