Narrative:
The crew initiated contact with dispatch and was patched in with [maintenance] regarding a static discharge; tru bus failure; window heat right side failure; pitot heat failure; forward fuel pump; and aft fuel pump. The arinc line made a couple of beeps and disconnected during the patch right after they said they were descending to FL250. I'm not sure if the line dropping was an arinc problem or [another] problem. Then; I tried calling both arinc lines and all I got was continuous dialing and no connection. I also tried contacting them via ACARS and kept getting 231 error messages. The 231 errors in this case may be attributed to the electrical problems in the aircraft. I called [dispatch]; and they were unable to SELCAL the flight. During that call; I heard via ATC coordinator that they were diverting. They did not land overweight but [were cautious] since the crew believed they were operating solely on battery power.
