Narrative:
Postflight shutdown and parking. Pilot had set the brake lock and was completing the shutdown checklist when we realized we were moving and heading toward a fuel truck! With this design; when the brake lock is set; the brake actuator is inoperative! Braking can only be restored by releasing the locking valve. I was able to steer past the truck (wing passed over the truck bed) and get the brakes back online. We had taxied across the parking apron into the grass and were going down a hill when I got it stopped.this brake system design is an 'accident in progress.' while this aircraft is a lsa the manufacturer should be encouraged to offer an improved kit.
