Narrative:
Aircraft was heavy in back during process of de-boarding; which caused it to tail-tip; which made the auto level gauge on jet bridge fail as it came back down. The floor of the jet bridge was very close to the aircraft open door. Customer service agent stopped de-boarding and called aircraft maintenance team to confirm aircraft door had no damage.
