Narrative:
We were cleared to land on runway 1R at las. An air carrier large transport Y was cleared to takeoff on 1R. As we flew over the 1000' marker, the large transport Y jet was in the middle of rotation. At approximately 10' AGL. The large transport Y lifted off, we then touched down at 2000' down runway 1R. The controller said we had 6000' sep, stating 'large transport Y was off at charlie (taxiway),' approximately 6000' from end of 1R. We touched down at approximately 2000' from end of 1R. The pdx controller we had in the jump seat said and agreed with us that there was not 6000' of sep.

Title: ACR-MLG WITH CTLR OBSERVER LNDG AT LAS EXPERIENCES LESS THAN STANDARD SEPARATION WITH ACR-LGT DEPARTING SAME RWY.
Narrative: WE WERE CLRED TO LAND ON RWY 1R AT LAS. AN ACR LGT Y WAS CLRED TO TKOF ON 1R. AS WE FLEW OVER THE 1000' MARKER, THE LGT Y JET WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF ROTATION. AT APPROX 10' AGL. THE LGT Y LIFTED OFF, WE THEN TOUCHED DOWN AT 2000' DOWN RWY 1R. THE CTLR SAID WE HAD 6000' SEP, STATING 'LGT Y WAS OFF AT CHARLIE (TXWY),' APPROX 6000' FROM END OF 1R. WE TOUCHED DOWN AT APPROX 2000' FROM END OF 1R. THE PDX CTLR WE HAD IN THE JUMP SEAT SAID AND AGREED WITH US THAT THERE WAS NOT 6000' OF SEP.
