Narrative:
We were flying south in a warning area southwest of puerto rico as a civilian contractor to the us navy flying various vectors and intercepts pursuant to vectors and altitudes given to us by navy controller personnel who were aboard a cruiser. While following said instructions we were reportedly vectors to by the ship out of the protected warning area and into san juan center's positive control area at FL250 or FL270. Upon being so advised, the navy controller on the ship apologized to us and vectored us back into the warning area. The navy advised us that their on-board equipment caused this problem. Hopefully they will not permit this to happen again.
