Narrative:
Aircraft X came into my sector landing ZZZ. The aircraft requested a VOR let down into ZZZ circle to runway xx. I told him this is not an approach and asked if he was requesting the VOR approach. The pilot said yes. We continue to have these requests from [this company]. This is not a procedure into ZZZ. [Company] needs to review the procedures into and out of the mountainous airports. They need to contact denver center and have a discussion about what is going on with their pilots as they fly through the mountain terrain/airports.
